Can Real Estate be Recession Proof?

For this analysis I wanted to find out what states were the most impacted by the Great Recession and why.  Which states recovered fastest or were the least affected - and why?

Using data from multiple US Agencies I was able to answer these questions and shed light on what to look for if you want to be 'recession-proof'.

Overview of Analysis:

• Collaborated with an Oklahoma-based technology company to analyze the value added by a Tire Pressure Monitoring and 2-Way Inflation/Deflation system for semi trailers.
• Investigated cost and accident reduction associated with over- or under-inflated tires, addressing a critical safety and efficiency concern in the trucking industry.

Objectives
 

• Determine the impact of Covid to air quality and identify factors that were key contributors to those changes 
• Discover patterns during Covid that improved air quality and determine if those factors are repeatable post-Covid. 
• Explore less obvious dimensions during Covid that also contributed positively or negatively to Air Quality. Such as, political, geographic and demographics.
